Refund policy

At Present Buddy, we strive to deliver high-quality products that make your everyday life easier. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be intact
  • The product must not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • A valid unboxing video is required in case of damaged or missing item claims

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange a free return pickup and provide a full refund or replacement.
  • If the product is as described, not damaged, and the customer wishes to return due to personal preference, a flat return shipping fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the refund amount.

This helps us maintain affordable pricing for all customers.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Items purchased under clearance or special sale
  • Personal care items (if applicable) for hygiene reasons

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • For COD orders, customers must provide valid bank or UPI details for refund processing

Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
  • If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued and if cancelled after dispatch Flat ₹200 cancellation charges will be applied.

  • Clear photos or unboxing video (if damaged claim)

Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours.

7. Important Notes

  • Present Buddy reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
  • In case of suspicious or repeated return activity, we reserve the right to deny future returns.
